Back from Munich 2014
Also this edition of the Munich Mineral Show comes to an end.
We left behind us the last great thematic exhibition of 2014, ready to launch us in 2015.
What kind of opinions, notes and sensations did we report?
As usual everything has been organized and managed in the best way, with rigors and precision.
There were many exhibitors from all over the world and also numerous visitors: it’s evident that in Germany the public of lovers and experts is wide.
It wasn’t easy to see new mineral’s founds, now a day more and more infrequent. It’s now obvious that the new “trend” is the search of specimens coming from old collections and from closed or exhausted mines.
Anyway tourmalines, fluorites or quartzes coming from worldwide and recent sources delighted our eyes.
And what about Pregi snc? In our booth we dedicated a great care to our rough, expecially to Mexican turquoise, Australian chrysoprase, tourmalines from Brazil, Mozambique and Madagascar, Brazilian aquamarines…
Visitors appreciated a lot also our gemstones, with a special attention to our cabochons of Brazilian quartz with inclusions of ankangite, a very rare mineral (of this material we also have rough and specimens for collectors).
We also set up four beautiful showcases with our best mineral specimens (azurite from Milpillas mine in Mexico, tourmalines from Pederneira, Brazilian quartzes from various localities, rhodochrosite from Colorado and Peru).
As usual, “the queens of the show” were our awesome scepter tourmalines from Barra de Salinas (Brazil), with a quality and a transpearency really unique.
Back to Italy, it’s now time to mind the next show…
We’ll see again in Munich in 2015… Auf Wiedersehen!
